We offer two main types of scraper blades: the standard, flat edge scraper blade, and the premium pre-honed scraper blade. The standard blade effectively wipes ink off the design roll, and can be honed manually with a sharpening stone by a trained operator. The pre-honed scraper blade performs longer with less risk of damaging the design roll. These blades have a sharper edge for maximum ink wiping, while reducing the risk of scratching or etch-damaging expensive design rolls. This is a cost-effective measure to promote overall machine health, and avoid unnecessary down time to sharpen a traditional blade. An additional upgrade to ensuring your ink printing machine is running optimally is an Ink Viscosity System. By continuously mixing and recirculating ink while maintaining precise viscosity control, our Ink Viscosity System significantly enhances print quality and reduces waste through effective containment, agitation, and automated oxidation response.
