What Does this System Do?

This automated ink viscosity control system utilizes two bottles: one containing ink and the other containing solvent. These are precisely mixed to maintain optimal ink viscosity, helping printers achieve consistent results while minimizing operator intervention and ink waste. Ink flows continuously through the system—from the ink bottle, through the viscosity sensor, into and out of the ink pan, through the pump, and back into the bottle—ensuring stable print quality and reduced downtime.

Designed with efficiency and ease of use in mind, the system accepts standard manufacturer ink bottles, which screw directly into the viscosity manifold—no transferring or measuring required. Using the HMI interface, operators can start the ink pump to automatically fill the ink pan with the correct amount of ink. When printing is complete, the ink can be quickly and cleanly drained back into the bottle with the push of a single button, simplifying cleanup and changeovers.
