What is the Tablet Sorter?

One of our most popular accessories for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and confectionery production floors, the Ackley Hartnett Tablet Sorter provides peace of mind with quality assurance.

This sorting machine offers a cost-effective and efficient system for removing defective product, including: dimensionally reduced products with chips or shorts, broken product, twinned products and oversized or malformed products. The Sorter allows only perfect tablets, capsules and candy through to the output bin.

The Tablet Sorter is designed for both inline or standalone use prior to or after ink printing, laser marking or laser drilling.
